Twenty-five years of small animal medicine.
I'm Dr. Tamir Spiegel (BVMS, MRCVS), Founder and CEO of VetFlash. My veterinary career began after graduating from the University of Glasgow School of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. Since then, I have dedicated my professional life to small animal care - working across emergency hospitals, referral centres and leading veterinary organisations.
Over the past 25 years I have managed thousands of clinical cases across emergency and critical care, surgery, internal medicine and veterinary ophthalmology - always striving to practise to the highest clinical standards.
A focus on the smallest details.
Driven by a passion for clinical excellence and advanced patient care, I went on to study veterinary ophthalmology - earning the National French Certificate in Ophthalmology (ENVA) in 2011.
Over the years I have developed extensive microsurgical and medical expertise while working in referral hospitals, ultimately founding Vision Vet - a referral ophthalmology service providing high-quality eye care to pets across Scotland and the wider UK.
